Delivery Times: We offer delivery within 3 hours for Nairobi, 24 hours across Kenya, and 72 hours for East Africa and South Sudan. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees: Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. These charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed within the 7-day return window, subject to product availability.
