1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. In case of high order volume, processing times may be extended, and customers will be notified accordingly.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
1.3 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Customers will see the final shipping charges before completing their purchase.
1.4 Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers can track their shipments through the carrier’s website.

2. Return and Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving their order if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

2.6 Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
